Uniting couples in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas since 1996, Don Gloud (DGWeddingBliss) is an experienced professional, who works closely with his couples to make their vows memorable, and give them the ceremony of their dreams. Standard rates are $250 in Portland Metro areas; (which includes free premarital counseling, if desired) with customized rates available from Hood to Coast on an individual basis.
